Responsibilities

• Lead the supply planning process to ensure demand fulfillment across brands and product categories.
• Drive style, color, and vendor-level buy plans and manage high-volume PO entry and maintenance.
• Partner with Sales, Product Development, Costing, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to align inventory strategies.
• Analyze inventory performance, category trends, and production metrics to identify opportunities and risks.
• Develop and maintain supply plans, production schedules, and purchasing strategies to maximize productivity.
