• Structure and implement sophisticated estate plans (wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, family limited partnerships, LLCs).
• Counsel on wealth preservation, business succession, and philanthropic planning.
• Assist with estate and trust administration and post-mortem tax planning.
• Collaborate with colleagues across corporate, tax, and real estate practices to deliver integrated solutions.
