• Responsibilities include advising high-net-worth individuals and families on estate and tax planning strategies, structuring and implementing sophisticated estate plans (wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, family limited partnerships, LLCs), and counseling on wealth preservation, business succession, and philanthropic planning.


• The role assists with estate and trust administration, including post-mortem tax planning, and may involve cross-border and multi-jurisdictional planning matters.


• The position collaborates with colleagues across corporate, tax, and real estate practices to deliver integrated solutions and participates in client development.


• Key requirements include a strong background in estate planning and wealth transfer strategies for high-net-worth individuals, with experience drafting complex estate planning documents independently.
