Compensation:

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $111,500 to $185,800.

Rewards and Benefits:

You Will:

The Cross Border Manager Senior will develop new business and customer relationships, focusing on profitable growth aligned with company strategy.

  • Leverage Grainger US connections to grow strategic accounts in CA/MX.
  • Lead discovery and contract negotiations for new and renewal cross-border agreements.
  • Use local knowledge to develop contract solutions.
  • Coordinate with local teams to structure deals and resolve operational delays.
  • Support contract implementation and local coverage planning.
  • Collaborate with the Global Export team to drive export business.
  • Partner with contract owners and sales teams to maximize contract realization across countries.
  • Improve operational efficiency by influencing logistics and sales processes.
  • Strengthen internal relationships and foster cross-border awareness.
  • Support and lead customer business reviews for revenue growth and retention.

You Have:

  • BA/BS required, MBA preferred.
  • Over 5 years of sales experience.
  • Knowledge of the MRO market is desirable.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinking with business and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills for senior leadership presentations.
  • Interpersonal skills for persuading and influencing without authority.
