Job summary

IMan Investment in New York is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to support live M&A and capital markets execution. This role involves cross-border work with Asia-Pacific clients and requires strong modeling and presentation skills.

You will collaborate with senior bankers in New York and Hong Kong, perform industry analysis, and prepare materials for live deals while maintaining high standards of accuracy under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or engineering.
• 0–3 years of experience in investment banking or related fields.
• Strong Excel modelling and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Interest in cross-border M&A and Asia-US activity.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain valuation materials including DCF, comps and precedents.
• Prepare pitch books and confidential information memoranda.
• Coordinate due diligence and data-room activities.
• Perform industry research and financial analysis for mandates.
• Assist with process management across NDAs, teasers and meetings.
• Collaborate with Hong Kong colleagues on cross-border workflows.
• Maintain accuracy and turnaround under deal timelines.
