Federal Express Corporation is seeking a senior product manager for Southern Border and Cross-Border logistics solutions in a hybrid role based in Memphis, TN. You will partner with customers and internal teams to develop and execute product strategies that drive growth and improve customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in product management within cross-border logistics, strong project leadership, and proven ability to translate business needs into scalable, market-ready solutions

Qualifications

• Direct experience in cross-border logistics, international transportation, customs operations, trade compliance, or global supply chain management.
• Experience developing and executing product strategies that deliver measurable customer and business results.
• Proven project and program management experience leading large, complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills including business case development, forecasting, financial analysis, KPI measurement, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps for Southern Border and Cross-Border logistics solutions.
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to identify business challenges and develop innovative customer-focused solutions.
• Apply customer-centered design principles to improve customer experience and create competitive differentiation.
• Develop and support go-to-market, marketing, and sales strategies that drive customer adoption and revenue growth.
• Conduct market, competitive, regulatory, and economic analyses to identify opportunities and business risks.
• Lead and execute complex cross-functional projects and programs from concept through implementation.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customs, and Technology teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Utilize analytics and data insights to identify trends, measure results, and recommend continuous improvements.
