Job summary

NEW Cooperative, Inc. is hiring for a driver and agronomy support role at our Iowa location. You will operate spraying and NH3 equipment, load/unload trucks, and assist in grain and agronomy operations while providing safe, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Must hold Class A CDL with tanker and HazMat endorsements.
• Must have or obtain a Commercial Applicator’s License.
• Must pass a DOT physical every 2 years.
• High school diploma or GED with 1-3 months of related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Operate spraying equipment, tender trucks, and NH3 equipment.
• Load and unload vehicles according to work orders.
• Operate a semi-truck in the off-season as needed.
• Maintain clean work areas and equipment.
• Provide safe customer service and detect hazards.
