The role requires knowledge of Crop and Livestock Insurance products, licensed status or ability to obtain a WI license, and proven sales experience within agricultural sectors. Strong CRM skills and attention to detail are essential for success in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in agricultural field.
• Active Wisconsin Property Insurance License or ability to apply/qualify for one.
• Previous crop insurance or agriculture sales experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Crop and Livestock Insurance products/services and operations.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline to meet sales goals.
• Knowledge of sales/CRM systems.
• Thorough knowledge of banking products, services, policies, procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Educate and sell livestock, dairy and crop insurance products to customers/prospects.
• Prospect quality new customer relationships and manage a sales pipeline toward goals.
• Coordinate with AIPs on dairy and livestock products and processing.
• Maintain customer files and input data/reports for insurers.
• Plan updates and cross-sell other bank products as appropriate.
• Adhere to bank security and compliance requirements.
