Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 7 years relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree with 3 years relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grows crop insurance market share through proactive prospecting, disciplined follow up, and engagement with customers.
• Serves as primary crop insurance advisor for assigned producers, building long-term risk management partnerships.
• Leverages CRM tools and digital platforms to manage pipelines and document interactions.
