Monrovia is looking for a Team Leader to assist the Crop Grower Coach in managing daily plant production activities. You will support pruning, staking, and other essential tasks, ensuring that both quality and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of plants and enjoys working in a dynamic environment. This role requires effective communication and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of a variety of plants is essential.
• Basic math skills required for task assignments.
• Ability to drive company tractor and vehicle is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Ensure automation equipment is used for pruning and spacing.
• Assist in assigning job tasks to craftsmen.
• Ensure a safe work environment for all craftsmen.
• Utilize MNQ process improvement methods during production tasks.
• Promote the Monrovia brand and support company values.
• Communicate clearly with craftsmen regarding goals and feedback.
