Responsibilities

• Train all employees and offer proper technique advice or assistance daily.
• Lead/supervise an grow with minimal management assistance and forecast upcoming events.
• Diagnose plant health; toxicities, deficiencies, pests, or other issues and devise solutions.
• Locate other established work sites, navigate and complete tasks as requested.
• Monitor grow helpers and assistants, report to management when issues arise.
• Record data into MJ Freeway and maintain accurate inventory.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
