Job summary

Woofie’s of Annapolis is seeking experienced independent pet care providers to offer dog walking and pet sitting in the Crofton area. This is an independent contractor engagement, giving you freedom to choose visits that fit your schedule while earning income caring for dogs, cats and other small pets.

Applicants must reside in Crofton, be 18+, have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and a smartphone.

Qualifications

• Must live in Crofton or surrounding area.
• Experience caring for dogs, cats and small pets.
• Availability includes early morning (8am–10am), mid-day (12pm–2pm) and/or afternoon (4pm–6pm).
• Able to walk pets for up to one hour per visit.
• 18+ with valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and smartphone.
• Background check will be conducted as part of safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Walk and exercise dogs as assigned.
• Care for pets with reliability and attentiveness.
• Feed, provide fresh water, and administer medications when requested by client.
• Share written journal updates and photos with clients via smartphone app.
