Job summary

Woofie’s of Annapolis is seeking independent pet care providers in the Edgewater area for dog walking and pet sitting. This is an independent contractor engagement with flexible visit times—mornings, mid-days, evenings, weekends, or overnights—allowing you to set your own schedule around client needs.

You’ll care for dogs, cats and small pets, share written journal updates and photos via a smartphone app, and complete logs after each visit. A background check is required.

Qualifications

• Must live in Edgewater or the immediate surrounding area.
• Must be experienced and qualified in caring for dogs, cats and small pets.
• Availability includes early morning, mid-day and/or afternoon visits; weekends and overnight stays as needed.
• 18+ with valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and smartphone.
• Independent contractors are responsible for their own taxes; not employees.
• A background check is completed as part of client safety standards.
• Journal writing is required for every pet visit.
