The position requires active PA CRNP licensure, prescriptive authority, and DEA registration, with a focus on clinical judgment and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania CRNP license and relevant certifications.
• Current prescriptive authority and DEA registration.
• Experience in adolescent health, primary care, or behavioral health preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct admission physicals and routine medical assessments for adolescents.
• Perform employee physical examinations as needed.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as indicated.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and psychiatric providers to coordinate care.
