Job summary

Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, Illinois, is seeking experienced CRNAs to join our anesthesiology team. The role offers a balanced schedule with 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts in a CRNA-led, collaborative care model for adult and pediatric patients.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of practice and APRN/APRN-FPA/APNP license.
• Active NBCRNA Certifying Board CRNA certification.
• Active DEA registration prior to hire.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by site prior to or within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans.
• Administer anesthesia across diverse surgical/procedural settings.
• Monitor patient status throughout perioperative period.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing teams and staff.
• Participate in post-anesthesia evaluations and recovery planning.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Support Advocate Health's commitment to quality, safety and patient-centered care.
