Advocate Health invites experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our Anesthesiology Team at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, Illinois. This role offers a balanced work-life schedule, collaborative care, and opportunities to contribute to an academically recognized hospital.

CRNAs will provide anesthesia services for adult and pediatric patients in elective and emergency settings, under a CRNA-led team.

Qualifications

• Active RN and APRN license(s) in state(s) of practice.
• Active NBCRNA board certification as CRNA.
• Active DEA registration prior to hire.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by clinical site/practice and/or role prior to or within 6 months of hire.
• Master's Degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans.
• Administer anesthesia care across a variety of surgical and procedural settings.
• Monitor patient status throughout the perioperative period.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing teams, and procedural staff.
• Participate in post-anesthesia evaluations and patient recovery planning.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Support Advocate Health's commitment to quality, safety, and patient-centered care.

What You'll Do

License/Registration/Certification Required

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Active RN, and APRN/APRN-FPA/APNP or other APRN license(s) in state(s) of practice, AND
• Active national board certification as CRNA by nationally certifying board (NBCRNA).
• Active DEA registration prior to hire
• Active ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by clinical site/practice and/or role prior to or within 6 months of hire
