MercyOne in Waterloo, IA is seeking a CRNA to join the Anesthesiology Care team. Under medical direction of an Anesthesiologist, you will develop anesthesia plans and monitor patients before, during, and after procedures, documenting care in patient records.

The role serves MercyOne Waterloo Medical Center and Cedar Falls Medical Center, with a competitive salary and a call schedule limited to one night per week. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Under the medical direction of an Anesthesiologist, develops anesthesia plans for patients and administers anesthesia. Observes patients' physiological condition while under anesthesia and initiates corrective actions as necessary or as directed by physician. Performs pre- and post- operative evaluations on assigned cases, and documents same in patient charts and required records. Adheres to MercyOne's performance expectations and performs all defined services and other related duties in accordance with the Mission, Vision and Values of MercyOne.

• Join a practice of 11 Anesthesiologists, 2 CRNA
• Responsible for administering anesthetic and monitoring the patient before, during and after procedure, under the supervision of a physician
