Cone Health Medical Group in Greensboro, NC seeks a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide anesthesia and pain care across age groups and procedures in collaboration with an interprofessional team.

The CRNA will practice both autonomously and within a collaborative framework, ensuring patient safety, evidence-based care, and continuous documentation.

Experience in obstetric, surgical, diagnostic, therapeutic, and pain management settings preferred.

Qualifications

• APRNs practice autonomously and with interprofessional teams to deliver anesthesia and pain care.
• Care for patients across the lifespan in diverse clinical settings.

Responsabilités

• Assists with collecting, reviewing, and evaluating data for the patient's medical and surgical history according to planned procedures.
• Maintains a safe environment and responds to emergencies and safety hazards.
• Prepares and administers medications and fluids per safe practice standards.
• Monitors airway, anesthesia depth, fluid status, and physiologic response for patient safety.
• Completes documentation: Surgical Safety Checklist, pre-operative assessment, intra-operative record, transfer-of-care note.
• Logs incidents in the computerized Safety Portal.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
