Job summary

The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) at StrideCare provides safe, high‑quality anesthesia care for patients undergoing surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures. The role requires a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia, NBCRNA certification, active RN license, and BLS/ACLS.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
• Current, active RN license.
• Current CRNA certification through NBCRNA.
• BLS and ACLS (PALS preferred if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Administer various anesthesia modalities (general, regional, local, MAC) and monitor intraoperative status.
• Manage airway, ventilation, hemodynamics, and patient stability; respond to emergencies.
• Document anesthesia care accurately and ensure regulatory compliance (CMS, OSHA, state boards).
• Collaborate with surgeons and ASC leadership to support clinical workflow and patient safety.
