Job summary

StrideCare seeks a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for patients undergoing surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures. You will conduct pre-anesthesia assessments, develop anesthesia plans, administer anesthesia, monitor intraoperative status, and oversee recovery and postoperative pain management.

You will collaborate with surgeons and ASC leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, document care accurately, and participate in quality

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program.
• Current, active RN license and NBCRNA certification.
• BLS and ACLS certification; PALS preferred if applicable.
• Experience providing anesthesia in surgical, procedural, or ASC settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia patient assessments and risk evaluation.
• Develop individualized anesthesia care plans with the care team.
• Administer general, regional, local, or MAC anesthesia as indicated.
• Manage airway, ventilation, hemodynamics, and patient stability.
• Monitor intraoperative status and adjust anesthesia as needed.
• Identify and respond to anesthesia-related complications or emergencies.
• Oversee emergence and transfer to PACU; provide postoperative pain management.
• Document all anesthesia care per regulatory and facility standards.
• Maintain CMS, TJC, OSHA compliance; participate in QA and PI activities.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and ASC leadership to support workflow.
