Job summary

CommonSpirit Health's Midtown Anesthesia Group seeks a CRNA to join a partnership with CHI St. Vincent Health in Hot Springs, AR. You will deliver safe anesthesia services across diverse cases with an experienced team.

Demonstrated expertise in anesthesia administration, adherence to surgical standards, and teamwork are essential. This part-time role features two 12-hour shifts weekly, no weekend work, and a competitive compensation package with incentives and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Active RN and APRN (CRNA) license in Arkansas or ability to obtain before employment.
• Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by COA or its predecessor.
• Certified by the NBCRNA by date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe anesthesia for assigned patients under attending guidance.
• Promote teamwork with OR staff, physicians, and departments.
• Adhere to Surgical Standards and Recommended Practices while optimizing OR operations.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our CRNA, you will join Midtown Anesthesia Group in an outstanding partnership with CHI St. Vincent Health. Every day, you will provide a safe anesthetic experience for assigned patients under the guidance of the attending provider. You will also promote teamwork with Operating Room personnel, physicians, and other departments.

To be successful in your role, you will demonstrate exceptional expertise in anesthesia administration and management, ensure rigorous adherence to Surgical Standards and Recommended Practices, and proactively foster teamwork within the Operating Room and across departments to achieve optimal patient outcomes and efficient surgical operations.

• Flexible Part-Time Schedule: Working two 12-hour shifts per week
• Working with a wide variety of cases, OB experience is a plus.
• No Weekends required

Job Requirements

Required

• Active RN and APRN (CRNA) License in the State of Arkansas, or ability to obtain prior to employment
• Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor.
• Certified by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists by date of hire
• BLS, ACLS certifications
