Job summary

The Specialty Alliance in Texas is seeking a dedicated CRNA to join our anesthesia team at an Ambulatory Surgery Center. This role offers independent practice with a high degree of autonomy, and a sign-on bonus in a collaborative physician-led environment.

You'll provide anesthesia care for outpatient procedures, perform pre-anesthesia evaluations, manage airway and anesthesia administration, and monitor patients through recovery.

Qualifications

• CRNA designation and licensure in the practicing state.
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work with CRNAs, physicians, and ASC staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for outpatient procedures.
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments.
• Manage airway and anesthesia administration.
• Monitor patients during procedures and recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and safety standards.
