The Specialty Alliance in Texas invites a CRNA to join our ambulatory surgery center anesthesia team, delivering high-quality anesthesia care for outpatient GI procedures and collaborating with CRNA peers, physicians, and ASC staff.

This position offers a highly competitive compensation with a sign-on bonus, flexible scheduling, an independent CRNA practice model, and a high degree of autonomy within a physician-led MSO that supports clinical excellence nationwide.

Qualifications

• CRNA required for role.
• Eligible state license in Texas or ability to obtain.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for outpatient GI procedures.
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments.
• Manage airway and anesthesia administration.
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and safety standards.
