The Specialty Alliance in Texas is actively seeking a dedicated CRNA to join our anesthesia team at an ambulatory surgery center. This role offers an independent CRNA practice model with a high degree of autonomy and collaboration with physicians and ASC staff.

Enjoy a flexible schedule with no call, nights, weekends, or holidays, while providing anesthesia care for outpatient procedures and performing thorough pre-anesthesia evaluations.

Qualifications

• CRNA required.
• Active, valid state license required.
• Excellent communication skills required for patient and team interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for outpatient procedures.
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments.
• Manage airway and anesthesia administration.
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and safety standards.
