North American Partners in Anesthesia, LLP (NAPA) is seeking per diem nurse anesthetists to join Olean General Hospital in Western New York. The role provides anesthesia care across diverse surgical cases with a collaborative, supportive team culture.

Offered an hourly rate of $200, with options for W-2 or 1099 pay, and flexible scheduling at a community hospital near the Pennsylvania border. This position emphasizes patient safety and care excellence in a team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Current license as a registered professional nurse.
• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education.
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.

Total Rewards Hourly Rate: $200 per hour

Case Assignments

• General Surgery, Orthopedics, OB/GYN, endo, vascular, GI, Urology, and Podiatry.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
