Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia, LLP is seeking a qualified nurse anesthetist to join the team at Olean General Hospital in Western New York. You will provide anesthesia care for general, orthopedics, OB/GYN, and other procedures, conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations, and discuss anesthetic plans with patients in a collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes patient safety, leadership support, and a comprehensive benefits package, including malpractice coverage and loan repayment

Qualifications

• Current license as a registered professional nurse.
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program.
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitor the patient's physiologic condition and perform interventions as needed.
