North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) seeks an MD or DO anesthesiologist to join Olean General Hospital in a high‑impact, hospital‑based role. Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Completion of Anesthesiology Residency.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified.
• Current medical licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre‑anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.

Case Assignments & Schedule

• General Surgery, Orthopedics, OB/GYN, endo, vascular, GI, Urology, and Podiatry.
• 2 weeks on/ 1 week off
