Job summary

ChristianaCare Union Hospital in Elkton, MD, is seeking a CRNA to join North American Partners in Anesthesia. The CRNA will provide anesthesia care across a range of surgical procedures, perform pre-anesthesia evaluations, and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.

Qualifications

• Current license as a registered nurse (RN).
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program.
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitor patient’s physiological condition and perform interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
