Job summary

Aya Healthcare is seeking an experienced OR team member for an Ambulatory Surgery Center in Hanover, PA. This full-time role runs 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

(8 hours), with 6–15 patients per day and Epic as the EMR. The center operates 4 operating rooms with Medical Direction at 1:3 and anesthesiologist coverage for Endo cases. Special procedures include Orthopedics, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Endoscopy, ENT, Dental and General surgery.

Job description

• Start Date: Jan 4, 2026

• Contract Length: ongoing

• Shift Details: Full time; 8hr shifts

• Schedule: 7a - 3:30p

• Patients per day: 6-15 depending on the room assignment

• Patient Population/Age: Kids & Adults

• EMR: Epic

• Hospital Bed size: Outpatient Surgery Center with 4 ORs

• Special Procedures: Ortho, Gyn, Eyes, Endo, ENT, Dental, and General

• Practice Setting: Ambulatory Surgery Center

• Medical Direction 1:3

  • Supervision for the regular OR and solo in Endo. However, there is always an anesthesiologist in the building if something happens in Endo.
