Odyssey Locums is assisting a busy 154-bed general acute care hospital in Southern Pennsylvania with CRNA coverage. The team operates with 1 MD and 4 CRNAs on most days, with defined on-call and pager rotations.

Expect 10-hour day shifts, weekend pager duties, and comprehensive block procedures for diverse surgical cases. The assignment emphasizes regional anesthesia capabilities and full CRNA scope, with rare outbound call compared to in-house MD coverage.

Formación

• CRNA licensed and credentialed for practice in the U.S.
• Ability to perform regional anesthesia blocks and nerve blocks.
• Experience in high-volume, multi-CRNA staffing models preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide general anesthesia services for a variety of cases including ortho, cardio, ophthalmology, GI, ENT, urology, and more.
• Manage daily staffing: 1 MD and multiple CRNAs on site with pager call rotation.
• Take primary and backup call shifts as scheduled; participate in on-call pager system.

CRNA needed in Southern Pennsylvania to start ASAP and work on-going.

• 3 CRNA’s Mon-Thursday
• 4 CRNA’s on Friday
• Call will be from 3pm-8:30 pm Mon-Fri
• Weekend call will be 7am-3:30 Sat/Sun/Holidays
• 1 MD and 4 CRNAs onsite daily with 1 MD on pager call M-Th and 3 CRNAs on Fridays
• The CRNAs do take back-up call with MD taking 1st call.
• Mon-Fri-
• 7a-5p (10 hour shift)
• 7am-3pm (8 hours shift) x2
• 1 CRNA on-call following the 10 hour shift
• Sat-Sun- just call
• Also as a side note the facility stated any call is extremely rare to the CRNA as we also have an MD/DO on-call every day.
• Cases: 4,320 annual cases.
• Cases include general (625), Cardiac (35), Ortho (1,400 cases annually - blocks & neuraxial anesthesia, etc., Gyn (200), Ophthalmology (75), Gastro (700), Podiatry (70), Urology (75), ENT (500) & Oral/Maxillofacial (70). No Neuro, Pain Plastics, Thoracic,
