CRNA opportunity to practice with OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center, a Level 1 trauma center in Rockford, IL. The nonprofit Catholic hospital values teamwork and delivers a strong CRNA presence in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation includes a $270K salary and a $50K sign-on, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D insurance, generous PTO, FSAs/HSAs, malpractice coverage, and loan repayment assistance.

Qualifications

• Current license as a registered professional nurse.
• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education.
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
