Job summary

Cone Health Medical Group is seeking a certified registered nurse anesthetist to join our anesthesia team in North Carolina. The role involves providing anesthesia services with duties defined by clinical privileges and contributing to a high standard of patient safety and care.

We offer sign-on bonuses up to $100,000 with a 4-year commitment, compensation at the 90th percentile, and generous benefits including 40 days of paid vacation and tuition reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• CRNA clinical duties defined by granted privileges.
• Collects and reviews data on patient's medical history and planned procedure.
• Maintains a safe environment and responds to emergencies.
• Prepares and administers medications and fluids per safety standards.
• Continuously monitors airway, anesthesia depth, fluids, and physiology.
• Completes documentation: surgical safety checklist, pre-operative, intra-operative record, transfer-of-care.
• Logs incidents in the Safety Portal.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education

Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor
