• Master’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Clinical expertise in anesthesia and airway management.
• Strong communication and multidisciplinary coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Anesthetizes patients, selects drugs, induces and maintains anesthesia, and responds to codes.
• Monitors hemodynamic status, interprets waveforms, and adjusts medications.
• Performs preoperative evaluations and reviews charts.
• Organizes OR, ensures equipment readiness, and coordinates with staff.
• Documents anesthesia care in EMR and safely transports patients post-procedure.
• Mentors peers, residents, and students in anesthesia practices.
