Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing required.
• Strong clinical skills in anesthesia and patient care.
• Ability to interpret clinical data and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Anesthetizes patients and selects appropriate drugs for anesthesia and emergencies.
• Induces and maintains anesthesia, monitors patient status, and responds to codes, ensuring airway management.
• Adjusts medications based on patient monitoring and interprets hemodynamic waveforms.
• Performs thorough preoperative assessments, reviews charts, and organizes OR with necessary equipment and drugs.
• Coordinates with surgical and nursing staff to ensure patient safety, positioning, and equipment readiness.
• Provides anesthesia support, documents accurately in EMR, and safely transports patients.
• Serves as a mentor and preceptor for peers, staff, residents, and students.
