OrthoArkansas is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a full-time role in Little Rock, AR. The CRNA will independently administer anesthesia, monitor patient response, and collaborate with surgeons to ensure safe perioperative care from pre-op to recovery.

Ideal candidates have a graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program, a minimum of 5 years of anesthesia experience, and an active Arkansas RN license with NBCRNA CRNA certification.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program.
• Minimum of 5 years anesthesia-related experience or equivalent training.
• Active RN licensure in Arkansas and current NBCRNA CRNA certification/recertification.

Aufgaben

• Pre-Anesthesia Assessment: review medical history, allergies, and risk factors.
• Anesthesia Administration: general, regional, and MAC with appropriate medications.
• Intraoperative Management: airway management, vitals, and anesthesia depth monitoring.
• Procedural Support: manage IVs, arterial lines, blood loss, and transfusions.
• Post-Anesthesia Care: emergence monitoring and pain management.
• Continuing Education & Best Practices: maintain licenses and stay updated.
• Other duties to support patient safety and surgical operations.
