Job summary

Baxter Health is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to evaluate patients preoperatively and develop anesthesia care plans. The CRNA will directly administer anesthesia and reevaluate patients postoperatively under the supervision of a Board-certified or Board-eligible Anesthesiologist.

The position emphasizes safety and requires AR RN and CRNA licensure, ICU experience preferred, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. A sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and a nurse anesthesia program accredited by Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Education Program.
• Licensure: Current Arkansas RN and CRNA licenses in good standing or Compact State and current certification through the NBCRNA.
• Experience: Minimum of one year ICU experience is preferred.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS required.
