Job summary

Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC seeks a CRNA Level III to provide professional anesthesia care across a multispecialty surgical footprint. This part-time position requires 24 hours per week and offers the clinical complexity of a teaching hospital within a major health system.

The CRNA will work with a team supporting cardiac, neuro and neonatal services, participate in call coverage as assigned, and maintain NBCRNA certification and state licensure.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of anesthetic agents, techniques, drugs and equipment.
• Ability to modify anesthetic plan by patient age.
• Must meet NBCRNA certification and state licensure requirements.
• Must participate in call coverage as part of facility scheduling model.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care to pediatric to geriatric patients across a broad surgical footprint.
• Work within a tertiary medical center with multispecialty trauma services and NORA sites.
• Collaborate with specialty teams (cardiac, neuro, neonatal) as assigned.
• Participate in department committees or projects at least once per fiscal year.
