The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Level II provides professional, competent anesthesia care to a wide variety of patients, from pediatric up to geriatric population, requiring surgical, obstetrical, and other anesthesia services. The CRNA Level II utilizes skills obtained through additional training, education and/or experience in the provision of anesthesia care to patients with complex and unique anesthetic requirements. Works primarily in Community Medical Centers and provides coverage to other Community Medical Centers, ASCs, HOPDs, and a Tertiary Medical Center with Multispecialty Trauma Services & multiple NORA sites as directed by NH Anesthesia Leadership. The role is primarily at a Tertiary Medical Center with Multispecialty Trauma Services & multiple NORA sites and does not participate in at least one Anesthesia Specialty such as Complex NORA (includes EP/Cath Lab/all Radiology), Cardiac, Neuro, Neonatal. The position takes “Call from Home” as part of the facility scheduling model (call exemption subject to leader discretion) and may float to other facilities as needed due to staffing needs. All team members will practice within the full scope of their CRNA privileges.
