Novant Health in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Level III to provide professional anesthesia care for pediatric to geriatric patients, spanning surgical, obstetrical, and other services across ASCs, HOPDs, and community centers. This role requires NBCRNA certification, state RN license, CRNA endorsement, and ACLS/BLS/PALS per NH policy.

The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Level III provides professional, competent anesthesia care to a wide variety of patients, from pediatric up to geriatric population, requiring surgical, obstetrical, and other anesthesia services. In addition, the CRNA Level III utilizes skills obtained through additional training, education and/or experience in the provision of anesthesia care to patients who present with complex and unique anesthetic requirements.Works primarily in a Tertiary Medical Center with Multispecialty Trauma Services & multiple NORA (Non-Operating Room Anesthesia) sites and provides needed coverage to ASCs, HOPDs, and Community Medical Centers as directed by NH Anesthesia Leadership.Team members must regularly participate in all main OR Anesthesia and NORA cases. Additionally, team members will make up designated specialty teams such as Cardiac, Neuro, and Neonatal teams. Must participate in call coverage if part of the facility scheduling model.Team member participates in at least one department committee and/or department project once per fiscal year.New Graduates can request to transition to CRNA Level III after 6 months of employment.All team members will practice within the full scope of their CRNA privileges.
