Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, part of the Optum family, is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our multidisciplinary anesthesia services across Houston. You will collaborate with anesthesiologists to deliver high-quality care for diverse procedures and patient ages.

We require active APRN recognition, valid RN license, CRNA certification, ACLS/PALS/BLS, and at least 2 years of inpatient anesthesia experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of anesthesia care in an inpatient setting.
• CRNA by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) required.
• ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications required or active.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients to determine an accurate anesthetic plan.
• Work under the direction of physician anesthesiologist.
• Determine and administer the appropriate dosage of anesthesia during procedures.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, technicians and other health care professionals.
• Complete anesthesia records including patient condition and history.
• Assess patient recovery and transfer to post-anesthesia care.
• Collaborate with referring physicians to provide optimal patient care.
