Cone Health Medical Group in Virginia is seeking a CRNA to join our anesthesia team. The role offers sign-on bonuses up to $100,000 with a 4-year commitment and compensation at the 90th percentile based on national surveys.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nurse anesthesia program accredited by the Council on Accreditation or its predecessor.

Responsabilités

• Assists with collecting, reviewing, and evaluating patient data for planned procedures.
• Maintains a safe environment and responds to emergencies and safety hazards.
• Prepares and administers medications and fluids according to safe practice standards.
• Monitors airway, anesthesia depth, fluids status, and physiologic response to ensure patient safety.
• Completes surgical safety checklist, pre-operative assessment, intra-operative anesthetic record, and transfer-of-care notes.
• Logs incident reporting in the computerized Safety Portal.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
