UAB Medicine is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide anesthesia under the supervision of an anesthesiologist across diverse surgical procedures. The role includes involvement in clinical instruction of nurse anesthesia students and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Applicants must graduate from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program, hold CRNA certification, and maintain ACLS/BLS/PALS credentials.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program required.
• APN with CRNA Specialty by the Alabama Board of Nursing required.
• ACLS required.
• BLS required.
• PALS required.

Responsibilities

• To provide anesthesia under the direction of an anesthesiologist for diverse surgical procedures and diagnostic tests.
