Job summary

Cone Health Medical Group is seeking a CRNA to support anesthesia services across our network. This role offers competitive pay, sign-on bonuses up to $100,000 with a four-year commitment, compensation at the 90th percentile based on national survey data, and 40 days of annual paid vacation.

An APP Center of Excellence opens in fall 2026 to advance practice. Education required: graduate of a nurse anesthesia program accredited by the Council on Accreditation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nurse anesthesia program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs.
• CRNA must meet licensure and credentialing requirements as part of anesthesia care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Clinical responsibilities of the CRNA are delineated by his or her clinical privileges.
• Assists with collecting, reviewing, and evaluating data related to the patient’s medical and surgical history for the planned procedure.
• Maintains a safe environment and responds to emergencies and safety hazards.
• Prepares and administers medications and fluids according to safe practice standards.
• Maintains vigilance with airway, anesthesia depth, fluids status, and physiologic responses for patient safety.
• Completes required documentation: surgical safety checklist, pre-operative assessment, intra-operative record, and transfer-of-care note.
• Logs incident reporting in the computerized Safety Portal.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
