Job summary

Duke University Hospital in Durham, NC seeks a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a full-time, on-site role. Administer anesthetics for surgical procedures and monitor patients through perioperative care. The CRNA may supervise students and assist in various operating room duties.

Flexible shifts and a comprehensive incentive package include a $60,000 commitment bonus, a $15,000 annual stipend for 1.0 FTE, a $2,500 CME allowance, and an $8,000 relocation budget to move closer to the Duke facility.

Qualifications

• CRNA certification required.
• Current RN license recognized by NCBON.

Responsibilities

• Administer general anesthetics for surgical procedures and monitor patients.
• Prepare and assemble drugs, supplies and equipment for anesthesia.
• Document anesthetic administration and patient status.
