SourcePro Search, LLC in East Chicago, IN is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a full-time, permanent role with optional 1099. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7am-3:30pm with on-call rotation evenings, weekends, and holidays. Relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia educational program.
• Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current state Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber license.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible by NBCRNA.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Proficiency with Epic EMR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document pre-anesthetic assessment and evaluation of patients.
• Develop anesthesia care plans based on patient history and surgical needs.
• Select, obtain, and administer anesthetic, adjuvant, and adjunct drugs and fluids.
• Manage patient airway and pulmonary status during anesthesia.
• Facilitate emergence and recovery from anesthesia and monitor patient response.
