Atrium Health Lexington Medical Center in Lexington, NC is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our Anesthesiology Team. The CRNA will provide anesthesia care, participate in team-based patient management, and mentor student nurse anesthetists as needed.

The position emphasizes collaboration, safety, professional development, and commitment to high-quality care within a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program (Master’s or higher).
• RN licensure in NC and certification as a Nurse Anesthetist (NBCRNA).
• Current CPR, ACLS and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Precept Student Nurse Anesthetists when applicable.
• Develop and implement anesthesia care plans for perioperative patients.
• Collaborate with medical team to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Document patient records per hospital standards and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain scheduling flexibility and punctuality to deliver timely care.
• Demonstrate professionalism and commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Contribute to cost containment and efficient resource use.
• Comply with licensing and departmental credentialing requirements.
