ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a full-time, permanent position in East Chicago, IN. The role includes an early morning schedule (7am-3:30pm) with an on-call rotation during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation includes an hourly permanent rate of $135.00-$150.00, with an alternative 1099 rate of $205.00 hourly. Relocation assistance is available, and a robust benefits package is offered to support physician well-being and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia educational program.
• Current state registered nurse license.
• Current state advanced practice nurse prescriber license.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible by the NBCRNA.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Proficiency with Epic EMR systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform and document a pre-anesthetic assessment and evaluation of the patient.
• Develop an appropriate anesthesia care plan based on patient history and surgical needs.
• Select, obtain, and administer the anesthetic, adjuvant, and accessory drugs and fluids.
• Manage patient airway and pulmonary status using masks, endotracheal intubation, or mechanical ventilation.
• Facilitate emergence and recovery from anesthesia by selecting and administering medications.
• Provide post-anesthesia follow-up care and evaluate patient response to anesthesia.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff in a multidisciplinary team.
