Job summary

Roxborough Memorial Hospital and Lower Bucks Hospital are seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join their anesthesia teams in Philadelphia, PA and Bristol, PA. Both full-time and per diem opportunities are available, with a collaborative surgical environment and diverse clinical cases.

The CRNA will provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across procedures, perform pre-anesthesia evaluations, and manage general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care.

Qualifications

• Current CRNA certification.
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
• Current Pennsylvania RN and CRNA licensure or eligibility.
• Current ACLS certification; additional certifications may be required by hospital.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative surgical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia patient evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
• Administer and manage general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care as appropriate.
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and manage airway, hemodynamic, and anesthetic needs.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in patient condition.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient-safety initiatives.
