Prime Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our anesthesia team on a per diem basis in Roxborough, Pennsylvania, with willingness to provide occasional coverage at Lower Bucks Hospital. Qualifications

• Current CRNA certification required.
• Active Pennsylvania RN/APRN and CRNA licensure (or eligibility).
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS preferred or required.
• Minimum 1 year CRNA experience preferred; strong new graduates considered.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team settings.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Lower Bucks Hospital for additional shifts.

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for a wide range of surgical, procedural, and diagnostic cases.
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans.
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and ensure safe recovery post-operatively.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and perioperative staff.
• Respond to urgent and emergent anesthesia needs when required.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support patient safety, quality improvement, and departmental initiatives.
