Job summary

UPMC Passavant in Pittsburgh is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our experienced anesthesia team. You will provide patient-centered care, participate in diverse cases, and collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia education program required.
• Knowledge of controlled substance policies in accordance with Federal and State laws required.

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia and peri-anesthesia care from pre-op to post-op.
• Review consent and verify surgical site with OR staff.
• Contribute to Quality Improvement through documentation and incident reporting.
• Mentor and evaluate CRNAs, GRNAs, and SRNAs.
